Jeng Bright insists to use the largest national certificated metal factory in Taiwan. We produce all our products with fresh metal sheet and wire coil. After the dies are well adjusted, the product will go into the heading and threading process.

When the products are formed, we will harden then plate the products as your request, such as zinc plated(clear/blue/yellow), black/grey phosphate, nickel, ruspert, etc.The next step is roller sorting or optics sorting. We sort out and collect the best quality product for every customer. After sorting process (optional), we will pack and palletize the product as customer′s requests.
